Body

Post-graduate outcomes were identified for 67% of the 2023-2024 graduates. As can be seen in Table 1, 33% of outcomes were reported directly by graduates through survey responses, while the remaining 35% were identified from secondary sources. Knowledge rates vary considerably across colleges and majors. Throughout the report, sample size and knowledge rates are reported to help make appropriate use of the data. As with all data sets, careful interpretation of the results is encouraged.

Table 1: Sources of Graduates Outcomes Data

Data was collected for six months past the May 2024 graduation date, closing data collection in mid-November 2024. For August and December 2023 graduates, data was accepted through mid-November 2024, but there was not a rigorous pursuit of responses after their initial six-month time periods. Graduate numbers and knowledge rates by cohort can be seen in Table 2.

Table 2: Numbers of Graduates and Knowledge Rates by Graduate Cohort

Graduation Cohort Number of Graduates Number of Respondents Knowledge Rate by Cohort* Percent of Total Graduates* Percent of Total Knowledge Rate*
August 2023 485 242 50% 6% 4%
December 2023 1,225 839 68% 15% 15%
May 2024 6,631 4,533 68% 79% 81%
Total 8,341 5,614

*Knowledge Rate by Cohort = Number of Respondents/ Number of Graduates

*Percent of Total Graduates = Number of Graduates / Total Number of Graduates

*Percent of Total Knowledge Rate = Number of Respondents/ Total Number of Respondents
