Welcome and User Agreement

Due to the sensitive nature of the data provided here, we ask you to review this user agreement and indicate your acceptance and agreement on each item before proceeding to the other sections of the website:

1. The data portal is only served for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign faculty and staff with your NetID and password, which should not be shared with others.
2. Information gleaned from the portal may be used for program review, accreditation, program improvement, and communication with key campus stakeholders.
3. All findings will be presented in aggregate. Data will only be provided when a minimum number of 10 survey responses are available in order to protect the confidentiality of survey respondents.
4. Information from the data portal CANNOT be used for research purposes. It may be possible to use Illini Success data for research purposes; however, prior approval is required. A review by the Office for the Protection of Research Subjects and the Institutional Review Board may also be necessary. Inquiries about potential research projects must be directed to the Illini Success Team at illinisuccess@illinois.edu
5. Do not respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or direct requests from external sources using the Illini Success data portal. FOIA requests must be made to the External Relations and Communications at foia@uillinois.edu. Requests from external sources may be directed to the Illini Success Team at illinisuccess@illinois.edu.
