Meeting the Need
The demand for accessible, tangible evidence of student success post-graduation is more important than ever before. Companies utilize graduation outcome data as a metric for assessing academic and institutional excellence, while governments aim for a comprehensive understanding of the value of a college education connecting this information to the imperative “students’ right to know.” Students and families proactively seek this information to explore majors and career opportunities, as it empowers them to make informed college comparisons and, ultimately, evaluate higher education institutions.

Fostering Student Success
Led by The Career Center, Illini Success has evolved into a vibrant campus-wide collaboration. Supported by an array of partners—including the Office of the Provost, Division of Management Information, Office of the Registrar, and many others—our initiative remains steadfast in its dedication to advancing student success beyond just academics.
Starting in August 2014, we started collecting comprehensive student outcome data from all Illinois degree programs. Since then, our services have steadily expanded to encompass other programs across the University.
